1. Exchange Window
- You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- No exchange requests will be entertained after 7 days from the date of delivery, under any circumstances.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange, the item must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as delivered.
- Be in its original packaging, with all original tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- Be accompanied by a valid invoice or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
We reserve the right to reject exchange requests in the following cases:
- Items with visible signs of wear, use, or washing.
- Items returned without original tags, packaging, or accessories.
- Items that are damaged, stained, or altered after delivery, not due to our fault.
- Items requested for exchange after the 7-day window.
- Customized or altered uniforms.
4. Exchange Approval Process
- Once we receive your return, it will undergo a quality inspection.
- We will notify you via email, SMS, WhatsApp or any other mode regarding the approval or rejection of your exchange request.
- If approved, we will process the exchange within 5–7 working days.
5. Exchange is Allowed Only for:
- Incorrect size (as per our sizing chart).
- Manufacturing defects or damaged product received.
- Wrong item delivered by our team.
Note: Slight variations in color due to screen differences or fabric lot batches do not qualify as a defect.
6. Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for safely returning the product to our address.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
7. One-Time Exchange Policy
- Only one exchange per order is allowed.
- Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.
8. No Refund Policy
We currently do not offer refunds. Exchange is the only available option in eligible cases. Exchanges is subject to stock availability; refund will be issued if replacement unavailable.
9. Disclaimer & Legal Protection
- NUVANCA reserves the right to make the final decision on all exchange requests.
- We are not liable for any loss or delay caused by third-party courier services.
- By purchasing from our website, you agree to abide by the terms of this Exchange Policy.
- If a product is received defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, and reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos, we may bear the return shipping cost and offer an exchange or store credit upon verification and at our sole discretion.
- Misuse of the exchange policy, such as returning used or damaged goods, may lead to blacklisting of the customer from future purchases and further complaint shall be made to respective school.
